Job Description
As a Senior Manager, you will drive excellence in performance management and total rewards, with responsibilities including leading the performance management cycle, payroll administration, and developing total rewards frameworks. You will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders within a small team.
Requirements
- Tertiary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 4 - 7 years of relevant experience, preferably in the public service
- Demonstrated expertise in Workday system
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Experience with CPF regulations, payroll compliance requirements, and public service compensation frameworks
