Job Description
Aircall is a unicorn AI-powered customer communications platform used by 22,000+ companies worldwide. The BDR Manager is a key leadership role within our DACH team, leading and developing a team of 6 Outbound BDRs across the DACH & Benelux region.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Sales or Business Development management, ideally in SaaS or tech.
- A proven outbound track record: you know what great prospecting looks like and how to operationalise it.
- Experience leading or managing teams, with a clear ability to motivate, coach, and level up talent.
