Forward Deployed Engineer - Belrin

Aircall is a unicorn AI-powered customer communications platform. As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you'll own the end-to-end delivery of technically sound, low-code AI solutions for Aircall customers.

Requirements

• Lead customer discovery and design sessions
• Design, build, and deploy integrations using low/no-code platforms
• Collaborate with Engineering to validate technical feasibility
• Configure and optimize the AI Agent
• Manage complex, cross-functional deployments
• Create scalable models and reusable frameworks
• Champion continuous learning and enablement
• Run global, targeted outbound campaigns
• Collaborate with GTM leadership
• Own regional top-line targets
• Act as an internal product owner within the GTM function
• Collaborate with Product and PMM
• Drive internal and external product education
• Maintain deep awareness of AI and CX industry trends
