Onboarding Lead

AirGarage is a startup on a mission to bring real estate online, starting with parking. The Onboarding Lead will own the end-to-end onboarding experience for new AirGarage partners, ensuring a smooth transition to the platform and a high-quality experience that builds trust and sets the foundation for long-term success.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in partner success, implementation, project management, or operations, ideally in a fast-paced startup or tech-enabled services environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with external stakeholders and internal technical teams.
• Strong project management skills, with a track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives to successful outcomes.
• Ability to think critically, solve problems proactively, and stay calm under pressure.
• Willingness to travel to new location launches (roughly 25% travel)
