Job Description
AirOps is hiring a Strategic Account Manager to build the SAM function from scratch and own a book of 6-10 enterprise accounts. The role involves retaining and growing accounts, building SEO and AEO strategies, and developing executive relationships.
Requirements
- Owning a book of enterprise accounts at $100K+ ARR each and driving NRR
- Building a CS or account management function
- Holding the room with a VP or CMO without a technical co-pilot
- Thinking in outcomes, not activities
