
Job description
The Executive Assistant acts as a strategic partner to the President, providing comprehensive administrative, organizational, and project coordination support. The role is responsible for optimizing executive effectiveness through the management of schedules, communications, travel, meetings, and special initiatives while ensuring seamless coordination across internal and external stakeholders and maintaining strict confidentiality.
Manage the President's calendar, coordinate travel arrangements, monitor and prioritize communications, prepare executive-level correspondence, attend meetings, and handle confidential information.
The ideal candidate will have 10 years of experience supporting senior executives, excellent communication skills in French and English, and strong proficiency in MS Office Suite and collaboration tools.
