Job Description
As a Regional Channel Manager at AkzoNobel, you will be responsible for connecting the company's headquarters strategy with regional markets, managing regional home decor retail and new business modules, and developing channel products, network planning, and distributor systems. You will also be responsible for channel coordination, team management, and resource integration to achieve regional sales targets and build the brand's competitive advantage in the regional home decor and small workshop market.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 5-10 years of experience in the paints industry (retail or engineering)
- Experience in regional sales and team management
- Rich experience in process optimization and project management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong learning ability and change leadership
- Strong sense of progress and result-oriented awareness
- Ability to adapt to business trips
- Fluent in Mandarin, with good English written and spoken skills
