The Sales Learning & Development role will focus on transforming Sales into top performers and trustworthy advisors, delivering delightful selling experiences. The job involves identifying and delivering training initiatives to upskill Sales across all countries Alan operates in, and designing impactful training programs across crucial topics.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar function or experience as a sales
• Fluency in French and English is required
• Strong Project and stakeholders management skills
• Strong business acumen and understanding of Sales
• Solid business sense and KPI-driven mindset
• Strong Learning & Development skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Genuine passion for helping others succeed (empathy, listening and collaboration)
