Alan is a health partner that aims to make prevention the new norm of care for all. The Senior Care Ops role is part of the Care Ops team, which supports the Care Community globally by providing tools, processes, and data to deliver on the Roadmap and Strategic Plan. The role is responsible for strategic management of outsourced activities, planning & operational performance, and area leadership.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French
• Strong strategic thinking skills
• Proven experience in leading relationships with external partners (BPOs, vendors, or similar)
• Excellent project management skills
• Passionate about operational performance and process optimisation
• Ability to lead and grow an area
• Comfortable making decisions in ambiguity
