Investment Banking Analyst- Real Assets Debt Advisory (London, UK)

We are looking for an Analyst to support our Investment Banking team covering Real Estate Debt Advisory in London, UK. The successful candidate will support clients in structuring, sourcing and executing debt financing solutions across Real Estate in the UK and Europe.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in Debt Advisory, Leveraged Finance, Structured Finance, DCM, Corporate Banking or a related financing role.
• Strong understanding of credit analysis, capital structures and debt markets.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills, with the ability to build models from scratch.
• Experience supporting the execution of debt transactions and preparing client-facing materials.
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related discipline.
• Professional qualifications such as ACA, CFA or equivalent are advantageous.
