Investment Banking Associate - Real Assets Debt Advisory

Alantra is looking to hire an Associate within its Investment Banking team covering Real Estate Debt Advisory. The successful candidate will support clients in structuring, sourcing and executing debt financing solutions across Real Estate in the UK and Europe.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in Debt Advisory, Leveraged Finance, Structured Finance, DCM, Corporate Banking or a related financing role.
• Strong understanding of credit analysis, capital structures and debt markets.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills, with the ability to build models from scratch.
• Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercial judgement and confidence in working with clients, sponsors and financing counterparties.
• Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related discipline.
• Professional qualifications such as ACA, CFA or equivalent are advantageous.
