The Consumer Investigations Unit is looking for an enthusiastic, team-oriented, self-motivated and organized individual, with strong interpersonal skills, to fill the role of Case Assessment Officer (CAO) for Alberta, operating from either the Edmonton or Calgary office. The primary responsibility of the CAO is conducting assessments of incoming consumer protection complaints to determine whether to record intelligence, refer information, educate, or recommend an investigation.
