The Ministry of Jobs, Economy, Trade and Immigration is seeking an Investigations Assistant to provide specialized administrative support to the Investigations Unit within the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Branch. The role involves processing electronic disclosure files, supporting transcription processes, and coordinating travel arrangements. The position requires a high level of co-ordination and organizational skills, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills. The Investigations Assistant will work in Edmonton, Alberta, and will be responsible for providing backup support to branch administrative functions and the Business Manager as needed.
