Job Description
Assist in establishing relationship with Government authorities to obtain necessary permits and licenses for development projects, assist PM team in successful delivery of infrastructure, housing and development projects.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of construction-related policies and permits application processes
- Strong network of key Government entities representatives
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
- Excellent oral and written English and Arabic
- Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent planning and organization skills
