Senior Vice President – Master Planning

Manage master planning activities from pre-concept through to detailed master plan for all government and Aldar Development projects, with a focus on quality, budget, and time compliance.

Requirements

• Review master plan and detailed master plan submittals
• Provide support review and advisory services on master planning matters
• Manage the selection and work of master planning consultants
• Evaluate and select proposals of master planning consultants
• Ensure key procurement contract variations arising from differences in project design are addressed
• Manage the master planning approval requirements with external stakeholders and government entities
• Ensure provision of constant progress updates and monthly written reports
• Periodically update any change to the master plan design, timeline, and cost
• Identify deviations to original master planning and adopt the master plan design, timeline, and/or cost
• Provide regular reporting on construction progress
• Ensure the issuance of all required government permits and construction licenses
• Ensure possible value engineering ideas are identified and recommendations are provided
