Job Description
We are looking for a Proposal & Solutions Specialist to join our Growth & Strategy Team who will be responsible for supporting solutioning development and writing compelling, compliant proposals to increase Aleut's customer base.
Requirements
- Craft proposals that are clear, concise, accurate, and compliant with established templates and submission requirements
- Lead peer reviews of content with strong attention to detail and adherence to requirements
- Write, edit, and format proposal content including solution narratives, management approaches, technical descriptions, presentations, and supporting documentation
- Maintain consistency in language, tense, formatting, and overall presentation across proposal materials
- Support solution development by translating business, technical, and operational concepts into customer-focused written responses
- Analyze proposal requirements and assist in developing responses that address customer objectives and evaluation criteria
- Coordinate with proposal managers, project managers, and contributors to meet scheduled milestones and submission deadlines
- Manage assigned proposal sections or smaller pursuits with minimal supervision
- Incorporate feedback from internal reviews and refine content through final submission
- Support continuous improvement of proposal processes, templates, and content standards
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
