Job Description
BridgePhase is seeking a Proposal Manager to support corporate growth and development team in Federal Government pursuits. Responsibilities include owning and managing proposal and response development efforts, driving end-to-end proposal process, and coordinating with executives and technical SMEs.
Requirements
- Own and manage the full lifecycle of proposal and response development efforts
- Drive the end-to-end proposal process
- Coordinate closely with executives, capture leads, technical SMEs, recruiters, and delivery personnel
- Build, maintain, and improve proposal templates, reusable content libraries, response structures, and proposal operations processes
- Support and help drive effective usage of AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) to improve proposal quality
- Assist with technical writing, editing, formatting, and refinement of content related to software engineering, DevSecOps, cloud, cybersecurity, AI/ML, digital transformation, and platform modernization efforts
