Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- at least 5 years of full cycle recruiting experience
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Expertise in using ATS, recruitment software, and social media platforms for sourcing and engagement
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Experience in college recruitment
- A genuine passion for talent acquisition
- Ability to quickly build consultative relationships with hiring managers
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proactive sourcing experience through LinkedIn Recruiter
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 15% of the time
