Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a Customer Service environment
• 2+ years of experience in Customer Service management
• Strong knowledge of CRM & Contact Center as a Solution
• Ability to coach and develop team members' customer service & sales skills
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team
• Ability to identify areas of opportunity and implement solutions
