We're looking for a Customer Service Team Lead to join our team and help us take our customer success team to the next level. As a Customer Service Team Lead, you'll have the chance to lead a team of caring and empathetic individuals who help our customers with bone loss. Our ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in customer service, 2+ years in customer service management, and a solid track record of coaching and developing their team's customer service and sales skills. • CRM & Contact Center as a Solution (Talkdesk for example) knowledge
