Job Description
Join Align's team as a Desktop Analyst and provide frontline technical support for end users across managed services clients. Work in a hybrid environment with onsite presence three days per week, offering full benefits and a salary in the $70K to $80K range.
Requirements
- Provide frontline chat-based technical support for end users
- Deliver excellent customer service, follow-through, and resolution
- Assist users with common technical issues
- Perform basic workstation tasks
- Support inventory tracking for hardware, peripherals, and user equipment
- Escalate issues appropriately to senior team members
