Requirements
- Minimum of one year of prior experience in a fast-paced medical environment
- High school diploma
- Bilingual in Spanish, preferred
- Proven experience in office management, healthcare administration, or related fields
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Knowledge of healthcare processes, including referrals, authorizations, and legal documentation, is preferred
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems and standard office software
