Job Description
AEI Consultants is seeking Independent Contractors to provide Environmental Due Diligence services on a per-project basis. This role involves performing Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) in commercial properties and requires a proactive individual with strong communication and organizational skills. AEI Consultants is a reliable, responsive, and resourceful consulting firm.
Requirements
- Perform project set-up, including regulatory research and coordination of site visits
- Submit Regulatory Inquiries and conduct file reviews
- Write clear and concise reports using AEI provided templates
- Manage multiple projects
- Deliver outstanding on-time service with proactive solutions
- Proficiency with Quire (preferred)
- Solid English and communication skills
- Ability to coordinate and respond to project changes
