Job Description
AEI Consultants is seeking Independent Contractors to support their HUD Environmental Due Diligence division. These contractors will perform due diligence assessments on various projects, maintaining autonomy and meeting project deadlines while adhering to federal regulations. The company offers an opportunity to assess and report on projects and maintain confidentiality.
Requirements
- Perform project set-up, including regulatory research and site visits.
- Submit Regulatory Inquiries and perform required file reviews.
- Photograph site features and conditions.
- Conduct interviews of regulatory officials and knowledgeable persons.
- Write clear and concise reports using provided templates.
- Manage multiple projects.
- Deliver outstanding service with proactive solutions.
