Satellite Terminal Support Engineer

The Satellite Terminal Support Engineer provides technical support to customers from the ALLSPACE Technical Operations Centre (TAC). Responsibilities include verifying customer identity, performing initial checks, creating and managing support tickets, and escalating complex issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Satellite Engineering, Electrical Engineering, IT/Networks, or a related STEM discipline
• 0-2 years' experience in a technical support, field support, or satcom operational environment
• Basic understanding of IP networking concepts and satellite-specific technologies
• Comfortable following structured troubleshooting steps and performing first-line checks
• Experience using an ITSM/ticketing tool and strong teamwork mindset
