Senior Satellite Terminal Support Engineer

The Senior Satellite Terminal Support Engineer will work at ALLSPACE Technical Operations Centre (TAC) and be responsible for resolving customer issues and supporting service activation. They will lead and coordinate complex technical investigations and maintain clear ownership of customer communications during operational events.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Satellite Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related STEM discipline
• 8+ years of progressive experience in satellite network operations
• Extensive hands-on experience supporting GEO, MEO, and LEO satellite systems
• Proven track record of leading complex, time-critical troubleshooting
• Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a greenfield or high-growth environment
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
• High level of personal ownership, urgency, and resilience
• Eligibility to hold and pass secret security vetting (US)
• Flexibility to work shift and to travel to support customer requirements
