Job Description
Human Resources Generalist provides support to Colorado Springs Security Plant manufacturing operations and general support to HR leaders. The role involves full-life cycle non-exempt talent acquisition, talent development and engagement, reporting and metrics, compensation and merit review, and working with early career programs and leadership assimilation projects.
Requirements
- 1-4 years of experience in Human Resources
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Labor/Industrial Relations, Management, Psychology, Business, or other related field preferred
- Strong technological skills, including HRIS experience, Kronos (Workday preferred) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge and experience with employment law
- Experience in creating dashboards and analyzing data reports
