
Job description
The Manufacturing Process Engineer is responsible for the tactical and strategic management of all engineering activities related to the assigned production team. The role involves managing projects, improving safety, product quality, productivity, and on-time delivery, as well as driving continuous improvement in all systems and processes.
The Manufacturing Process Engineer will partner with other functions to create a successful work environment, provide engineering support to assigned cells, analyze processes and equipment, and drive equipment reliability and process stability.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical manufacturing, experience in a machine shop environment, and knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Project Management. The role offers opportunities for growth, work-life balance, and professional development.
