Requirements
- Demonstrated experience selling MSP or VMS solutions
- Deep understanding of MSP solution components including VMS platforms, direct sourcing, statement of work management, payroll services, and how these integrate into comprehensive workforce programs
- Knowledge of industry-leading technology and service providers across MSP solution categories
- Proven ability to engage C-Suite, VP, and Director-level stakeholders in consultative discussions about talent acquisition strategy
