The Human Resources Business Partner serves as a strategic and collaborative partner to leaders and employees, supporting the organization’s people initiatives, culture, and operational goals. This role balances hands-on HR execution with consultative partnership, providing guidance on employee relations, talent management, performance, compliance, and organizational effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Specialist aligned role
- High school diploma/GED with 3+ years of progressive HR experience
- Working knowledge of general HR policies, procedures, and employment laws
- HR certification (aPHR, PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred
- Experience with HRIS/HRMS systems preferred
- Experience in a PEO environment preferred
- Experience supporting a workforce of 100+ employees
- Multi-state HR experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to influence, coach, and guide leaders and employees effectively
- High level of discretion and ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to interpret and apply policies, procedures, and legal guidelines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
