The Human Resources Business Partner will provide guidance and solutions to business leaders within a specific region, supporting various departments. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the HR team to deliver a comprehensive range of HR services.
Requirements
- University Degree or College Diploma Program in Human Resources
- 5+ years of HR/LR work experience within at least 3 years as an HRBP/LR generalist
- Experience in unionized environment is considered an asset
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environment and driven to deliver results
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization
- Experience in HR policy and practices and employment-related legislation in applicable jurisdictions, including laws pertaining to Employment Standards and Human Rights
- High energy, strong work ethic, resiliency, versatility and flexibility
- Excellent organizational, project management and execution skills to ensure successful implementation of HR projects, policies and processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and HRIS
