We are seeking an experienced HR Professional to join our team of HR Business Partners. The ideal candidate has sharp HR instincts and is capable of coaching and supporting leaders at all levels, while having a proven track record of turning HR strategies into deliverables.
Requirements
- 5+ years of varied hands-on HR experience in a Business Partner role
- Ability to understand and partner with different HR services (Learning & Development, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations)
- Experience handling a variety of HR problems (Poor performance, managing turnover, restructuring, labor relations, onboarding, etc.)
- Proven track record of implementing engagement, wellness or other strategies to boost employee morale
- Ability to coach leaders at all levels in an organization with ease
- Natural relationship-building competencies
- Optimism and desire to constantly improve by acting as an agent of change
- Knowledge of employment law in Canada
- Knowledge of employment law in the US and/or Europe is a plus
