The Human Resources Operations Administrator will perform administrative and operational functions to support business needs and ensure the efficient operation of the People & Human Resources Operations Department.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 5 years + of HR or relative experience
- Understanding of general HR policies and procedures
- Experience in PEO environment, knowledge of PEO Processes preferred
- Experience with 100+ employee headcount preferred
- Multi-state experience preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn human resources platforms & software
