Job Description
The Human Resources Admin provides administrative support to the Human Resources Department. Enters employee data into Workday, answers calls and emails, and refers calls to appropriate departments.
Requirements
- Requests, monitors, and communicates the progress of Background Checks and Drug Screens to managers.
- Answers frequently asked questions from employees and refers more complex questions to appropriate senior-level human resources managers.
- Compiles and emails a report of all employee changes to key stakeholders at the end of each day.
- Enters unemployment benefit data and provides documents in Equifax/CaseBuilder.
- Assists new employees with the Onboarding process within Workday.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
