Job Description
We are seeking a Plant Manager to lead our plant in Houston, TX, responsible for safety, production, inventory management, and workplace culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of progressive experience in a manufacturing or industrial operations leadership role
- Strong understanding of Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) principles and regulatory compliance requirements
- Experience with inventory management systems; FUUZ ERP experience is a plus
