Job Description
Eaton’s GEIS division is seeking a Plant Manager to oversee the Amarillo, TX facility, a thriving iron foundry with 150 team members. The role involves driving operational strategy, ensuring safety regulations, and leading cost improvement analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum ten (10) years of experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, OPEX, and/or related support functions in a manufacturing environment
- Minimum five (5) years of manufacturing leadership experience
- Demonstrated written, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills
- Ability to communicate ideas, concepts, and programs to all levels of the organization
