Building Operator

Allied is a leading owner-operator of distinctive urban workspace in Canada's major cities. As a Building Operator, you will perform a broad range of building operations and maintenance duties to ensure our properties operate efficiently, safely and to a high standard of physical quality.

Requirements

• Ensure service contracts are enforced, service levels are achieved, and contractors are adequately supervised when on site.
• Conduct inspections and complete repairs as necessary, on all site mechanical, electrical, and HVAC/BAS systems and related equipment.
• Respond to all tenant and preventive maintenance tasks generated from Yardi FM and record all services performed in the system.
• Maintain cleanliness and service of all common areas and mechanical rooms.
• Provide support in the preparation of building operating budgets.
