Building Operator

Allied is a leading owner-operator of distinctive urban workspace in Canada’s major cities. As a Building Operator, you will maintain the performance and reliability of building systems across Allied’s portfolio, performing a broad range of building operations and maintenance duties to ensure our properties operate efficiently, safely and to a high standard of physical quality.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in building operations, general maintenance in a commercial, retail, or industrial environment.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Fire Alarm, and other related equipment and systems.
• Certificate of Building Environmental Systems: BES I & II, SMA/SMT, 4th Class Power Engineer, or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
