Sales Specialist

We are looking for team members who excel at high volume telephonic sales. As a Sales Intake Specialist, you will balance your work day between servicing customers on inbound calls and managing your case load inventory, guiding the customer through an evaluation process to determine eligibility for Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) or veterans’ disability appeals services.

Requirements

• Experience in sales or customer service-related field
• Ability to work in fast paced environment while navigating multiple complex software programs using a variety of resources.
• Excellent verbal and written professional communication skills
• A high level of initiative and drive to succeed, coupled with an ability to independently problem solve.
