Job Description
ACG_3349_JOB Our client is a leading technology solutions provider seeking an experienced professional to join its team. Participate in outsourced software projects for the Japanese market. Act as a bridge between Japanese clients and the offshore development team in Vietnam. Prepare and manage project documentation, mainly in the Insurance domain. Work directly with Japanese clients to communicate, negotiate, collect and analyze software requirements, then convey them clearly to the Vietnam team. Plan, track project progress, and manage the project team.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst working with the Japanese market.
- Ability to train, mentor, and support team members at Senior level.
- Strong capability to consult and propose solutions to clients.
- Careful, persistent, and highly responsible working attitude.
- Knowledge of data, data querying, and API design.
- Understanding of software testing and acceptance processes.
- Ability to create drafts and quickly build product concepts without waiting for finalized designs.
- Proactive in problem-solving and quickly learning project domain and business.
- Good Japanese communication skills; decent English proficiency.
