Job Description
Our client is a technology company seeking a Business Development Director to lead the development and execution of effective B2B business strategies to achieve the Group's long-term growth objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or other relevant disciplines
- At least 10 years of experience in B2B sales, including a minimum of 5 years in senior sales management roles within large enterprises or group-based organizations
- Strong network and proven ability to build, expand, and maintain relationships with C-level executives, partners, and enterprise clients
- Demonstrated leadership capability in managing, coaching, and enhancing the effectiveness of sales teams
- Proactive, innovative, and highly motivated with a strong passion for business development
