Regional Vice President - Civil Construction Operations

We are looking for a Vice President of Operations to lead and scale regional construction operations across multiple heavy civil projects.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in heavy civil construction
• Proven experience overseeing multiple projects simultaneously across a region
• Strong background in self-perform environments with deep understanding of field production and equipment utilization
• Experience managing teams of Project Managers, Superintendents, and field crews across multiple job sites
