Vice President - Construction Management West Region

We are seeking a Vice President of Construction Management to lead our next chapter of organization within our west region. This executive will guide and grow our current horizontal construction management practice while laying the foundation for enterprise-wide CM operations. The role combines operational excellence with strategic platform development, delivering results today while shaping the future of construction management across a larger, more complex, and geographically diverse organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field; a professional engineering license is a plus.
• Senior construction management leadership experience, ideally with oversight of multi-region or multi-office operations.
• Experience with infrastructure or civil projects, as well as exposure to energy, utilities, or environmental construction, is a strong plus but not required.
• Demonstrated ability to provide strategic oversight and business guidance to heavy-civil or environmental construction, including reviewing bids and managing high-level contract and construction risk.
