Paid Social Designer

We’re looking for a performance-driven Paid Social Designer who knows how to build static ads that convert — not just look good. The role involves designing and delivering high-performing static ads per week across feed and vertical formats, translating creative briefs and testing roadmaps into conversion-focused visual systems, and collaborating closely with Creative Strategists, Media Buyers, and other Pods to align creative with performance data.

Requirements

• Design and deliver 30–40 high-performing static ads per week across feed and vertical formats
• Translate creative briefs and testing roadmaps into conversion-focused visual systems
• Apply direct response principles (hook-first design, benefit stacking, visual hierarchy, CTA optimization)
• Rapidly iterate on winning creatives to extend lifecycle and reduce fatigue
• Adapt top-performing concepts into new angles, formats, and variations
• Collaborate closely with Creative Strategists, Media Buyers, and other Pods to align creative with performance data
• Maintain disciplined file organization and version control to support sprint velocity
