Agent Product Manager

Alpharun is an applied AI company that helps leading enterprises drive revenue growth through AI sales coaching and autonomous voice agents. As our first Agent Product Manager, you'll work directly with Alpharun's founding team and our customers to design, deploy, and optimize AI agents that handle real customer interactions.

Requirements

• 1-6 years of experience in product management, consulting, solutions/product engineering, or a similar role with direct customer exposure and accountability for outcomes
• Experience working with frontier AI models to build reliable, production-grade systems
• Deep technical fluency — comfortable reading code, working with APIs, understanding system architectures, and collaborating closely with engineers
• A track record of getting things done in roles with high levels of ambiguity and accountability
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills — able to embed with customers, understand complex business workflows, and serve as a trusted advisor
• Extreme ambition and high expectations of yourself and the team you work with
