Strategy & Operations

We're looking for a Strategy & Operations professional to join our tight-knit, ambitious team in San Francisco. As the first member of our Strategy & Operations team, you'll partner directly with Alpharun's founders to accelerate growth, refine our go-to-market strategy, and scale critical operations.

Requirements

• 1-5 years of experience in roles demanding analytical rigor, operational excellence, and responsibility for tangible outcomes.
• A technical background or willingness to rapidly learn SQL, low-code/no-code tools, and AI concepts.
• A track record of getting things done in roles with high levels of ambiguity and accountability.
• Extreme ambition and high expectations of yourself and the team you work with.
