
Job description
The Project Manager Assistant will work as part of a team to assist with various client service activities, including login checks, invoicing, and data entry. The role requires excellent customer service skills, time management skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. The successful candidate will work in a safe manner in accordance with the ALS Health and Safety Program.
The Project Manager Assistant will carry out login checks, add/update login qualifiers, update/create account notes, track lost/missing samples, assist with invoicing, prepare/enter client bottle requests, and maintain/update client account information.
The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a positive and energetic outlook, and the ability to work under pressure. The role offers a comprehensive benefit package, additional vacation days, and business support for education or training.
