Talent Acquisition Partner

Alstom is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for various roles across Europe. The successful candidate will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager and work with a dynamic team to source and engage top talent. Key responsibilities include managing the recruitment process, partnering with HR and business stakeholders, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Requirements

• University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in international recruitment, preferably for technical or engineering roles
• Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with modern recruitment tools and platforms
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English and either Hungarian, Bulgarian or Greek (written and spoken)
• Proactive, adaptable, and results-oriented mindset
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
