Talent Acquisition Partner with French needed to manage full recruitment lifecycle for various roles across Europe, focusing on sourcing and engaging top talent. Reporting to Country Talent Acquisition Manager, work closely with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to deliver high-quality recruitment solutions.
Requirements
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process: from intake meetings to offer negotiation and onboarding coordination
- Partnering with HR and business stakeholders to define recruitment strategies aligned with workforce planning
- Sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and direct search (Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)
- Conducting interviews and assessments, and providing consultative guidance to hiring managers
- Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process
- Supporting employer branding initiatives and participating in recruitment events
- Contributing to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and tools
- Collaborating with other HR functions to ensure a seamless hiring experience
