Job Description
We're looking for a driven, detail-obsessed SDR Manager to build, coach, and scale a high-performing outbound sales development team.
Requirements
- 2–4+ years’ experience managing SDRs/BDRs in a high-activity outbound environment (SaaS or fintech strongly preferred)
- Track record of building SDRs into consistent top performers
- Deep knowledge of modern prospecting: call frameworks, multichannel outreach, sequencing, objection handling
- Comfortable owning and enforcing activity expectations
- Data-driven operator who reads dashboards, spots gaps, and acts fast
- Strong communicator with high standards, high energy, and a coaching mindset
- Experience with Salesloft, Attio/Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Gong (or equivalents)
